Delivery Information

We use a courier service for all parcel deliveries who provide a good reliable service. All Uk Mainland Parcels go First Class and are delivered with in 48hours. In some areas parcels may not be received with in 48hours mostly (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO.)

The charge for delivery is

Mainland UK £5.95 for orders up to £100.00 then Free delivery on orders over £100.00 ex Vat

Scottish Highlands £13.81 for orders up to £100.00 then Free delivery on orders over £100.00 ex Vat

Some of our items / products have free delivery, should you purchase an item with free delivery and add more items into your basket you may still be asked to pay P&P if you have not reach £100.00 ex vat in goods.

99.9% of our deliveries are made nextday however this cannot be guaranteed. We do however guarantee same day despatch on orders placed before 2pm Weekdays.

Processing of orders

Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out on the same day. If your order does not reach us before 2pm your order will be sent out on the next working day.

'Working day' means every day of the year except Saturdays, Sundays, English statutory holidays, Scottish statuory holidays and public holidays.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses for the lower cost.

When placing an order it is essential to inform us of the correct contact details including contact Mobile telephone numbers which will used by our couriers to inform you about delivery times.
