Q: Can I come and view the goods before I buy?
A:Our warehouse is not ideal for you to view merchandise prior to purchasing.
However, we will try to accommodate your request. Please help
us by calling 48hrs in advance to request a viewing. We can then
let you know if your item is in stock and then whether or not it can be viewed.
Our warehouse is open 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note, many items
offering are not stocked at our warehouse, and most items over 30kg or those
needing assembly cannot always be shown.
Q: Can I collect my order?
A:Yes. Please call to order at least 2hrs in advance. We can then confirm
your item is in stock and have it ready for you to collect. Call 01382 818880.
Collections can be made Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm.
Q: I cannot find an item on your site that I used to order, have you stopped
selling it?
A: Not likely! Unlike some online retailers, we update our website daily
and have found it best to remove items that are out of stock even if just
for a couple of days. However we order from dozens of manufacturers and suppliers
several times each week so usually the item will re-appear within a day or
two. Please email office@covertgroup.co.uk to enquire about any item as we
will be happy to advise.
Q: What is the quality of the products that Covert stock and retail online?
A:We only stock and distribute products of extremely high quality. We
intend to offer better if not as good as products as the brand leaders in terms
of product design, quality and performance. Given we are a very established
contract cleaning company, we know what products work and quite frankly those
that dont. You will not find any of those that dont deliver results anywhere
on our website. Due to our immense buying power and general internal rates
of consumption you are not likely to find better prices or testimony in itself
anywhere else on the web.
