CUSTOMER PROMISE
Everyone at Covert wants you, our Customer to be entirely satisfied with your purchase and buying experience. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied please do contact us on receipt of your goods so that we may work towards achieving our promise.
ORDERING

There is no minimum order.
Covert reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason. In addition to this Covert do not have to express the reason for the refusal of any orders.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our product information and descriptions will, where appropriate, give dimensions, details of size and volume as well as colour, which is provided to us by our manufacturers. All details are supplied so that our customers have good information available to them at the time of browsing and purchasing. From time to time, there may be slight variations in colours of the photos as a result of the monitors and web browsers you the customer may be using at the time. Covert will always endeavour to ensure that our descriptions and photographs are up to date and accurate as is reasonably possible.
DELIVERY
Covert makes every possible effort to ensure deliveries in the UK are within one to two working days and in the Republic of Ireland within five to six working days after receipt of an order and clearance of payment for the related order. Deliveries are not available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
The charge for delivery is £4.98 for any size order UK Mainland for delivery cost to Highlands & Islands please see drop down bar at basket area.
PLEASE NOTE whilst we aim to deliver within these timescales, delivery is by third party couriers and is outside our control so cannot be guaranteed, however 99.7% of all order are delivered on time Nextday in most cases.
PRICING
The prices invoiced for the goods you order are those in effect on the date you place your order. These prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and delivery/carriage charges as applicable.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
The verification of your credit or debit card is carried out by WORLDPAY, one of the leading providers of secure online card processing in the UK. WORLDPAY uses 128-bit encryption and is authorised by all the major banks and card issuers in the UK to carry out the processing of credit and debit card transactions.
Covert do not have any access to your card details when making purchases via this website, these are passed directly from WORLDPAY in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link. Each time that you enter your payment card information, this information is used once only for the purpose of that transaction.

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full before the goods are dispatched.
Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, American express or MasterCard.
Limited companies established for a minimum of 5 years, wishing to open an account with Covert, may request consideration for this limited facility by calling 01382 818880 between the hours of 10am hours and 4pm Monday to Friday.

RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of goods needing to be returned please telephone or email us, before returning any items- to obtain an authorisation case number. Returns without this authorisation case number will NOT be accepted. To arrange any return, contact 01382 818880 or office@covertgroup.co.uk any refunds given shall be that of the goods returned less any original carriage/delivery costs.
DAMAGE, SHORT DELIVERY & VERIFICATION OF GOODS
It is the responsibility of the buyer, to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify and file claim with the CARRIER / DELIVERY AGENT and inform Covert within seven days of receipt (retaining all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes)
DISCLAIMER
The company has taken all reasonable steps in care whilst compiling this website but cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions. The company shall not be held responsible for and shall be indemnified by the Buyer against any claims for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by, arising from or attributable, directly or indirectly, to the handling / use of the goods, or any container / packaging in which the goods are supplied. The seller shall not be liable in such circumstances for any consequential damage or loss of profit whether arising in contact or otherwise howsoever.
